So how do we use that? Do we just update the node name using brackets? Does calling the node change in any way or will it always require the full node name?

This is very handy, but there is not yet any visual indication provided in the UI. A simple fade (black to grey font colour) similar to how the second screenshot displays secondary information (the recipe) would be appropriate.

Anything in brackets is essentially ignored by the bindings.
The above example is the same node, SW-BPSS30, but would appear if you typed in "...Beacon".
