Some sources taking a while to spawn #154

Can you be more specific with respect to how long a while is? Would spawning the sounds any faster exceed the specified occurrence rate bounds of either the source of any of the groups that it is assigned to? Which generative parameters specifically seem like they are not being adhered to?

Sometimes minutes. Wouldn't exceed occurrence rate. Example is whole Wrapped in Spectrum installation takes minutes to spawn. And then only one at a time. Simultaneous sounds is set to 4/4.

The adhering to generative parameters hasn't happened again. May have just been stuck on a loop as per issue #162
