请问以后能不能支持添加百度大模型API接口？ #498

起因是自己有百度大模型的api接口，但是应用只支持chatgpt的，今后会不会添加上？

可以用这个项目 https://github.com/songquanpeng/one-api 将百度 api 转为 openai 的，然后在设置里填入就行了
