I've noticed that I almost always rename the file and update the reference after pasting an image.
In my case, grabbing a screenshot, pasting an it and getting this:
Then I manually change the filename and the image name.
It would be really nice if there was a way to either rename the image (could probably be useful for any markdown-image) or if there was an option to be able to name the file before it's pasted.
I might be missing out on some feature that already exists - in that case sorry =D
