RFC: Dropping support for changing MAC address #533

There has been a number of issues with this feature: #506 #280 #234 It is a OS specific feature and we only support one OS (potentially not all flavors of that OS) We could drop more complexity of something that should be done from the host or in the container/VM configuration.

Sorry to bother you again, but I'd like to know how do I make the MAC address change function work in a conpot 0.6.0 docker environment? It always says Changing mac address require sudo permissions. Skipping
