State default location of php.ini in ubuntu installation doc #265

just added the location of the php.ini file for lazy noobs like me

I suggest State default location of php.ini in ubuntu installation doc as commit message

and you probably wanted default location: /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini:: on another line. it's not https://github.com/wannerdev/glastopf/blob/patch-1/docs/source/installation/installation_ubuntu.rst

I could be wrong but I guess that the correct file is /etc/php/5.6/cli/php.ini (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS). I'm using glastopf but but I don't have Apache installed (Apache isn't necessary).

I agree, it should be in the cli folder for a regular installation on Glastopf.
