Fix `ports.glutton_server` config parsing #150

Current example config does not work because in the code prefix ports is not used. This change adds the prefix. Adding the prefix makes the config name more readable.

Hah! Well I guess this always worked because the default is just fine. I wonder if we could just remove this config :smile: Thank you for the fix :muscle:
