Recipe conflict MFR item collector and Iron Chest #57

The MineFactory reloaded item collector (steel surrounding a wooden chest) has the same recipe as the iron chest from Iron Chests (refined iron surrounding a wooden chest), since MFR steel & IC2 refined iron are interchangeable due to the Forge ore dictionary.

As a result, unable to craft the item collector.

Changed recipe for MFR Item Collector to: 8 refined iron + an RP2 project table (instead of vanilla chest). Left the steel recipe alone.
