Update LoadNEIPlugins for IC2 plugin #74

Update the LoadNEIPlugins mod to load the new IC2 NEI plugin, in addition to Railcraft and Forestry as it does already. Also remove Forge plugin loading since its superseded by NEI 1.3.0.1; and test the RedPower plugin to make sure it loads correctly (does RedPower initialize late?).

Updated https://github.com/mushroomhostage/LoadNEIPlugins https://github.com/downloads/mushroomhostage/LoadNEIPlugins/LoadNEIPlugins-1.2.5r2.zip Changed to load everything in modsLoaded, now RedPower works great, as do the other plugins. Verified on 1.2.5rev5 test server.
