Can't macerate NetherOres nether gold ore & nether iron ore #76

Unable to macerate Nether Gold Ore (127:2) or Nether Iron Ore (172:3) in IC2 macerator. Expected to macerate into 2 x overworld equivalents.

Works: Nether Diamond, Nether Lapis Lazuli, Nether Redstone, Nether Copper, Nether Tin

This is a bug in the NetherOres server mod or port. Just going to add it in manually until its fixed:

Added in 1.2.5rev5 of ExphcTweaks, uploaded and should take effect on next server restart
