Wrong recipe result for Trees++ planks into vanilla signs #89

Trees++ adds alternate crafting recipes for vanilla items using wood, substituting its own custom planks. The sign recipe has an error, where it crafts the sign block instead of sign item. This block appears strangely in the inventory, and always places with a signpost (never a wall sign), without prompting for text.

Should be changed to craft the sign item to fix this issue.

Added workaround on server in ExphcTweaks:
