Forestry: add indigo flower to forester backpacks #98

number 139, add it to foresters packs? It already carries most of the other flowers.

May have overlooked this item when customizing the backpacks.. Should be easy to add.

hm I do have 'backpacks.forester.items=139:0;139'… in config/forestry/base.conf, but there's a new config/forestry/backpacks.conf

I've copied the backpacks config to backpacks.conf https://github.com/mushroomhostage/exphc/commit/64e7b1dc30998e0ed9c52192bb259c97f14e2803

However, there may still be some issues without also having this file updated on the client. It lets you shift-click the indigo flower into the backpack, but desyncs when you try to pick it up and drop it in the pack.

There is a rubber tree spaling that also doesnt fall into the pack. It isnt the Ic2 one but I am at work now and do not know the number. I'll edit it in later.
