I don’t know what this is exactly. Google says it is a piece of software? If so use Snapcast to play to your computer instead. Only minimal support will be provided for HA players where this is a native MA alternative.
This is a protocol used by Linn players, among others. It has an integration with Home Assistant just doesn't allow me to play anything from Music Assistant's Library.
How can I create a native OpenHome integration for MA then?
Do you see in the logs of your music-assistant addon anything like that?

Have a look at the dev docs, come and ask questions in the dev player providers Discord channel.
I am closing this as it is a feature request. If you can provide a PR to add support that would be great otherwise open a feature request in the discussions area and we will see what support it gets

The problem
I have an OpenHome player that I wanted to use with MusicAssistant. It works fine when controlled through the regular MediaPlayer widget. However I can't add anything to it when using Music Assistant. I guess this might be more related to the OpenHome AddOn than MusicAssistant itself but I don't know where to start debugging the issue.
How to reproduce
Have an OpenHome player. Try playing basically anything. Notice it is not doing so.
Turning it on and off, however, works fine.
