The problem

When adding Snapcast Player Provider in b5, or when adding it in b0 and then upgrading to b5, I get duplicate player entries.

How to reproduce

Repro 1

• Clean install / clean backing storage
• Add snapcast Player Provider in b0
• upgrade to b5

Repro 2

• Clean install / clean backing storage
• Add snapcast Player Provider in b5 (screenshot above does not apply to Repro 2)

First case, the ids changed, it has been discussed several times The second case has already been discussed and I launched the solution Hopefully for the next beta it will be fixed
