Improve tutorials naming #584

In assistance of the ongoing work of mutlilingual translations of the tutorials, this PR unifies the naming of the tutorial files, using a leading number and underscores consistently. It also removes unused files.

After all, the warnings thrown by Jekyll about identical file names etc. should be gone.
