Updated banner image on Travel page and added text about parking passes.

@musicEnfanthen @bwbohl I reverted the above commits, need to redo the banner - file shared with me does not look right.

@musicEnfanthen can you please make sure that the 2nd row of logos below the UNT ones are smaller in scale? I adjusted in the index file. The other changes are ready to go.

@annakijas1 Should be fine now. Needed to override the class=img-responsive rules that prevented the image size from adjustment.
