Common time represented differently in Sibelius files #188

Apparently, "common" (maybe also "cut") time can be input differently in Sibelius. Some won't use the constants CommonTimeString or AllaBreveTimeString in ManuScript's .Text property. @jmmmp, can you give some information about that so we can try a better approach for exporting?
