Get rid of:

ColorT, TextT, TremoloT, HarmonicT, SlideT, TieT (replace with note-specific meta!)
The chord/list (why is it needed exactly?)
Pitch should no longer be a behavior by default (as fromPitch' . pure is too difficult to understand).

Handle as part of #324, as this relates to graphical music repr vs. semantic music repr. Close for now.
