Add ability to automatically create firewall rules #19

The http REST server provided by ServiceStack requires a port to be allowed throught the firewall in order to be accessible from remote devices. Code should be added to dynamically add/remove Firewall rules to make the experience easier for the user.

Firewall utility is currently part of the development branch.
