Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add live lyrics in the lyrics embed.

Describe the solution you'd like Live lyrics with the player embed changing based on what part of the song the bot is at. Use YouTube Close Captioning to get the times of the song.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use MusixMatch API to get the times of the song.

MusixMatch API cost money to get that type of info so that is not feasible.

With panels and webooks #167, live lyrics becomes a increasingly feasible option. Webhooks provides us with 30 edits/min.
