Added formatting on saving in vscode #168

Description Changed vscode settings to automatically run a formatter when you save the file, allowing for less surprises from pre-commit.

Changes include

[ ] Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)

[ ] Breaking change (change that is not backwards-compatible and/or changes current functionality)
