Karaoke Feature #74

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the pandemic time, no one can go to Karaoke. If we have people who want to go to Karaoke, we can add this feature for them to enjoy singing the music.

Describe the solution you'd like We could either...

  1. Have a button to make the vocal remove.
  2. use /Karaoke to remove the vocal.

Describe alternatives you've considered If we could find the algorithm or library to remove the vocal with python or discord, we could be able to remove the vocal.
