Mute / Ban list #111

Would be nice to have a list where you can see all the users that are banned / muted and that way also easy to remove a ban / mute

There is a ban list but having it public isn't a good idea in my opinion. This should be added to the admin panel.

Oh I ment a list for staff to show the mutes as well, since there is a ban list yet (lol didnt saw)
