Updated exiftool to 11.90 and add Nikon Z files #151

Added new version of exiftool (11.90) until exiftool incorporates the AFPointsUsed change for Nikon Z6/7/50 and added handling for AF Points Used for PDAF and the AF point location and size for CDAF.
