Clarify the behavior of zero #62

This stackoverlow question shows some confusion in the variable vs. section tag handling of zero: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13402972/render-0-value-using-a-mustache-template/14285616

This confusion should be lifted by the spec.

A user's lack of understanding should be addressed by clarifying the manual, not the spec. Also, I think the spec is already very clear about this.
