The current code does offer decent multi language support. However,
Describe the solution you'd like
The Chat table needs to also be given the language property to keep track of which language could be used. The chat functionalities should also provide a language being used. This can default to English as we use an English language model by default.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Defaulting to English on creation. However, this only solves Analytics, and the chat functionalities will have to be reworked by the client.
