Running jstestdriver via SSL #412

As a user I would like to be able to run the jstestdriver server using a HTTPS 
address. 

For example:
As a javascript developer I am testing a secure application that only allows 
access from SSL sites with a HTTPS address. I would like functionality in place 
to allow me to run the server on https://localserver:portno AND documentation 
on how to set it up.
