Doesnt Charge , and when it does , it drains fast! #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Charging
2. Charging in Windows Mobile
3. Charging in Windows Mobile then Android

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
battery 100% then 10% in 1 minute!
