Battery problem #116

1. After starting the android, battery fell from 100% to 5% for 1 minute.
Load the battery charge after 3-5min. stop to charge and give 100% of the 
battery and stop the charge.
After disconnecting the USB, the battery charge moved down to 20% from 100% in 
a minute.

Version: Android full release 26.08.2011 - (r169)
