Battery exhaust quickly due to phone problem #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on the phone with SIM card
2. leave it away
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect:Battery could power for 24+ hours. 
Actual: Battery exhaust within 8 hours, and phone doesn't function well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android full release 26.08.2011 - (r169) 

Please provide any additional information below.
This not repro if removing SIM card from the phone, the battery could work for 
48 hours.
