even windows rom is deleted and phone doesnt start up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i was using haret.exe to boot android cyanogen mod 7 and the phone hung up 
when i installed a game "cut the rope" and playing it  
2. it shut down itself and wouldnt start thereafter
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i could load the bootloader mode but not flash it again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cyanogen mod 7 of linux on htc hd mini with rom 1.41.161.1 

Please provide any additional information below.

anyways i flashed a new rom from sd card . thank you for the respose you gave 
to me. and i thank all the members of xda forum. and specially the developers. 
they are great. 
thank you everyone who is devoting their important time for us who do not know 
programming but are fascinated by it.  thank you
