blockchain progressbar freeze #2

When wallet is loading, correct information is displayed until the total load of the chain, then it stuck at 100% with an old number of block. It doesnt take in count new block, but wallet is still able to create tx.

Thank you for feedback. I found out the reason of the problem. In the next patch this bug won't be there.
