Support of patterns as stroke colours/fills #449

Currently, you cannot specify a pattern and then use it as a stroke (i.e. 
stroke="url(#pattern_name)" on an element when using the Flash renderer.

Test case is attached.

Instead of a black border for the stroke around the rectangle, the pattern is 
expected.

Tested on svgweb r 984.
