Don't patch in CSS style properties for newest versions of Firefox #453

"I've just landed a fix in Mozilla to allow element.style.fill = "lime" (along 
with 
all the other SVG styles). I know this is something that SVGWeb provides an 
implementation for in Firefox as you mentioned it at SVG Open so I just 
thought you ought to know that you won't need it any more soon except for 
backwards compatibility.

The change should be apparent in either a Firefox trunk nightly or from 
Firefox 3.7 alpha 2 onwards (alpha 1 is just about to be released and alpha 2 
should follow in 4-6 weeks)."
