Patch overread in cdparanoia? #13

According to @mustbenice cdparanoia needs to be patched to handle Lead-in/Lead-out overread:

cdparanoia can't overread because of what I think is a bug, or at least an oversight. Here's a patch for that. Support could be added to morituri if there's ever another upstream release of cdparanoia. http://pastebin.com/94M0Xitv

Should we try to send a patch upstream to cdparanoia?
