Weird window closing button being present #34

For some reason, I have a weird issue of the closing button (top right corner) being present. No idea why it is happening. No changes are made to userchrome.css

What desktop environment are you using?

This is on gnome 3.38.

I'm getting a similar thing on Fedora 33.
