includes a high quality source for NEXRAD radar and GOES East Visible satellite imagery. The source can be easily changed, and the overlay can be turned on and off in the config.js file. It is off by default.

Unless I'm not testing the right (or lack of rebase messed something up), this just hangs with an indeterminate status overlay.

Edit: Adding var helps, but only if they are both set to false. Setting either (or both) to true results in the indefinite status hanging.

This predates the OL3 changes so it's not going to work any more as-is. NEXRAD is in current master though.
