Rename HTML templates to use .jinja2 extension #348

This makes editing nicer because they can be easier recognized as Jinja2 templates by editors.

Flask enables HTML autoescaping based on template filename extension. I don't think the trouble of customizing that behaviour is worth it, so I'm not merging this.
