When I try to normalize NM_003319.4:c.23357_23662del306 with Mutalyzer v3 normalizer, I get a normalized c., chromosomal descriptions, and an RNA prediction, but the p. prediction does not generate. Any information on why? So far this is the only gene I've seen this issue with. Does it have something to do with the size of the gene?
