GitHub has deprecated the ubuntu-18.04 runner image for GitHub actions; see this link for details. Mutation++ asks for both ubuntu-18.04 and ubuntu-latest (which is currently 22.04) in the build actions, which causes build actions to fail; e.g., #233. The ubuntu-18.04 image needs to be removed from the build actions.
