RVM has moved from using .rvmrc to .ruby-version to define what version of ruby to use recently, should probably move .rvmrc to .ruby-version to reflect that as it doesn't need to be trusted like .rvmrc does now (since it can run shell code). This may also increase compatibility with other non-rvm ruby managers like rbfu(?)
Not sure how that ties in with .powrc now though, as i'm not familiar with pow at all.
