Feature/minor changes to portkey and readme #4

Hey @mutewinter,

I made a few small edits to the portkey.json and Readme. You need to use the portkeys key with ember:custom in the json to pull in the ember.vim extension.

Also updated the Readme to use :Efoo instead of Rfoo. :R is for related file of the current file.
