What does this merge request do Creates another table to monitor missing persons, which shares a one-to-many relationship with the MissingPerson model. This will allow users of the app to continue adding new information about the missing person and eventually keep everyone up-to-date about the report.

I think we need a collaborative call and approach to the features else we will be making much duplication and we may end up infringing the S.O.L.I.D principles

Hey Team Goodevining we had a brief call today afternoon though quite a number never turned up and also i wasnt able to capture everyones email but in a nutshell we discussed on having some order in merging the PRs and have one person reviewing and merging to the main
