Enhancement - open full record read-only #122

It would be nice to be able to see the whole of an entry (including, 
especially, the notes field) without opening it for editing (which creates the 
possibility of accidentally altering the data).

This might be achieved by replacing the current "Edit" option of the pop-up 
menu with "View", which would show the whole record read-only, and then adding 
"Edit" to the menu for that read-only view.

Alternatively the action for a quick tap on an entry in the list might be 
configurable, so that the user could select whether a tap would display just 
the password pop-up or open the full record in read-only mode.
