Empty menu for new unsaved file

If you try to open the CSS Format context menu on a new, unsaved document the menu won't display any sub entries.

To replicate:

• Ctrl-N to open a new document
• paste some CSS content
• right click to display CSS Format context menu

After you open a new document, please click the right side of bottom bar, and change the document type as HTML / CSS / SCSS .

Thanks for the help. I think the plug-in should still display something, like "unknown document type" instead of just not opening the menu.
