Delete Context.sublime-menu #46

Please consider removing the context menu, if someone wants to add it, they can just do it, but if someone wants to remove it, is hard to impossible. The are more files in projects other than CSS Thanks!

Hi! There are still many people who need the context menu, at least some new users are in need of it.
