Make view settings more user-friendly #14

Right now there are about 10 different view settings, which include tables columns, sorting, filters, etc. They may be very helpful, but currently are hard to use for new users. Possible improvements:

[x] Allow to add/remove specific attributes in columns/flters (issue #5).
[x] Remove none-essential buttons.
[x] Remove not supported features (such as confirmed verdicts).
[x] Add translations.
[x] Fix bugs (some features do not work as intended).

Views were completely changed in commits ae9bb3e...8f71d166. New features:

All tables are sortable now.
Moved all filters from views into tables.
Tables are loaded fully, but then can be filtered (searching is performed on all pages).
Table columns can be selected only once.
Removed all unsupported or useless table columns.
Simplified views interface.
Added missing translation.
