Allow to download full verification reports #64

Currently there is no action to download verification reports (it is possible to download klever jobs, which have completely different format and meaning). Thus it is impossible to extract information from the database, which was previously uploaded, for example, to use in some other database.

Currently downloaded jobs use completely different format. Ideally this format should be unified with uploaded reports, but it will require a lot of time. For now I use old format with support for traces and proofs (a32da163), but without coverage.
