chore: add ts errors checking by VTI

Interesting feature to use: VTI (Vetur teminal interface) for pre-push hook

Pros:

• type checking in templates, to prevent errors

Cons:

• it is unstable, yet
• runnig takes a lot of time (on my device ~2 minutes)

@mutoe, what do you think. Is it worth to use this tool?
