Abnormal fill factor at pixel 6 #24

On one of the pixels (the 6th), we are seeing some unphysical fill factors (>90%) from our JV scans when we have higher PCE (>19%) devices. Is this something you have seen as well? Any suggestion?

Hi, yeah, those curves are looking suspiciously square to me. Can you post the raw data files for these curves?
